By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

5. Online CE Courses and Third-Party Services
Important: Links labeled “Online CE Courses” or similar wording may direct you to a separately operated storefront provided by The CE Shop. The CE Shop is responsible for the online storefront, user accounts, course delivery, payments, refunds, extensions, examinations, technical support, certificates, regulatory reporting, and information collected through its platform.
ProEdge provides access to this external education resource but does not control its platform or independently establish its course-access, refund, completion, privacy, or technical-support rules. Your purchase and use of an online course are governed by the policies displayed by The CE Shop when you visit or make a purchase through its website.
Before purchasing an online course, review the course description, applicable state approval, credit category, eligibility requirements, expiration date, technology requirements, refund eligibility, and completion requirements.
For current Online CE policies, visit: The CE Shop Terms & Conditions and The CE Shop Privacy Policy.
ProEdge may have a referral or affiliate relationship connected with purchases made through the ProEdge-branded Online CE storefront. However, using the link does not increase the purchaser’s obligation beyond the price and terms displayed at checkout.
6. Live ProEdge Classes
Live classes offered directly by ProEdge are subject to the information displayed for the applicable class, including its date, time, location, instructor, credit category, attendance requirements, and registration instructions.
- Participants must provide accurate registration and license information.
- Participants must satisfy all attendance, participation, identity, and completion requirements to qualify for credit.
- Registration alone does not guarantee CE credit or issuance of a completion certificate.
- ProEdge may reschedule, relocate, substitute an instructor for, or cancel a class when reasonably necessary.
- When a directly offered class requires payment, the cancellation, transfer, and refund terms disclosed during registration will apply.
7. Continuing-Education Credit
Course approvals, credit categories, delivery methods, and completion requirements may vary by course and jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for confirming that a course is appropriate for their license, renewal cycle, and individual education needs.
ProEdge does not guarantee that a participant will receive credit when the participant provides incorrect information, fails to meet attendance or participation requirements, misses a deadline, or otherwise fails to satisfy applicable regulatory requirements.
Regulatory requirements and course approvals may change. Information on this website should not replace instructions issued by the applicable licensing authority.
8. Cookies and Website Analytics
This website and its service providers may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, evaluate traffic, improve performance, and understand how visitors use the site.
You may adjust cookie settings through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality. Third-party websites linked from ProEdge may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their respective privacy policies.
9. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required education records, comply with legal and regulatory duties, resolve disputes, and protect legitimate business interests.
10. Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and regulatory recordkeeping requirements, you may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information maintained by ProEdge. Certain education, attendance, transaction, or compliance records may need to be retained even after a deletion request.
To stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link provided in the message. Administrative communications relating to registrations, attendance, certificates, or required service notices may still be sent.
